Oranga
(Wellbeing)

Our wellbeing kaupapa is shaped by Te Whare Tapa Rima and strengthened by Te Hā, recognising the power of wairua, hinengaro, tinana, whānau, and whenua, while also honouring the breath of life, voice, and the unique mauri each person carries.

Together, these frameworks help us support holistic growth and connection.

Rangatiratanga
(Leadership)

Our leadership kaupapa helps rangatahi and whānau build confidence, strengthen decision-making, and grow teamwork skills through wānanga, hands-on experiences, and cultural activities that ground them in identity and connection.

Mana Motuhake
(Self Reliance)

We support business and career growth through job expos, workshops, and practical skill-building sessions to help rangatahi and whānau step confidently into their futures.

Our goal is to equip rangatahi and whānau with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve their self reliance.
